Seminole Way is a complete custom new build by Kelly General Contracting on Fort Myers Beach, raised from a bare lot and finished in 2026. Every system in it was designed to meet current coastal code for safety and storm readiness.
Flood preparedness was engineered in rather than added on. The AC unit sits elevated, the structure meets 2026 coastal code requirements, and the material selections were made for longevity in a salt-air environment.
A screened pool and raised spa, an outdoor kitchen and an expansive patio make the ground floor built for entertaining, with dock access onto the canal. Upstairs, a covered lanai connects the primary bedroom directly to the main living room and kitchen, so light and views carry across the level.
Three guest bedrooms, a finished primary bathroom, a guest bathroom, a laundry room and a downstairs game room sit around a custom tile fireplace that anchors the main gathering space. Seafoam cabinetry, brass fixtures and a farmhouse sink give the kitchen its character, and a secondary prep area keeps the main run clear.
A two-car garage plus an extended single garage gives the house three bays of vehicle and storage space — unusual on a beach lot, and the kind of thing that matters after you move in.
Built to impress on day one, and to keep performing through every season after it.
