As a Project Manager at Kelly General Contracting, Joe ensures every project runs smoothly from concept to completion. With a lifelong connection to construction through his multi-generational family background, Joe combines hands-on knowledge with exceptional organizational skills.

He manages permitting, subcontractor and client relations, procurement, coordinates with design and field teams, and ensures every detail is in place so projects stay efficient, accurate, and on schedule—delivering the quality and service KGC is known for across Southwest Florida.

Meet Jeff Kelley

With more than 25 years of experience in construction and project management, Jeff brings seasoned leadership to luxury custom homes, major renovations, and multi-family projects. His background includes serving as a Superintendent and owning a successful business, giving him a well-rounded understanding of project execution, team leadership, and client service.

As a U.S. Navy veteran, his approach is grounded in discipline, integrity, and a relentless commitment to excellence. Jeff is trusted for his ability to keep projects moving efficiently, foster strong relationships with clients and trade partners, and help ensure each project is delivered with the quality and attention to detail KGC is known for.

Superintendents

From the first day on-site, your superintendent takes ownership of the build, overseeing all daily operations in the field. They coordinate with subcontractors, manage schedules, and ensure that every phase of construction meets safety standards, building codes, and KGC’s standards of craftsmanship.

Acting as the bridge between the job site and the office, superintendents provide real-time updates, address challenges before they become issues, and keep communication clear and consistent. As a Superintendent at Kelly General Contracting, Carlos Velasquez brings a decade of hands-on construction experience to every build. From his early days operating heavy equipment as a demolition foreman to managing high-end residential remodels in Naples, Carlos has developed a deep understanding of how to execute projects efficiently and to high standards.

His leadership in the field, problem-solving skills, and dedication to clear communication ensure KGC projects run smoothly and deliver exceptional results for clients across Southwest Florida.

Meet Julian Acevedo

As a Superintendent at Kelly General Contracting, Julian Acevedo ensures every job site runs smoothly, safely, and according to plan. His passion for building began when he and his wife renovated their first home, sparking a career dedicated to turning ideas into finished spaces clients can be proud of.

Whether managing new construction or overseeing complex renovations, Julian brings attention to detail, strong communication, and a commitment to delivering the exceptional results KGC is known for across Southwest Florida.

Meet Mike Kohn

As Project Superintendent at Kelly General Contracting, Mike Kohn brings 15 years of experience across a wide range of construction work, along with a strong work ethic and practical field knowledge. He is proud to be part of the KGC team and to contribute to a company recognized for quality, professionalism, and excellence in Southwest Florida.

Mike values teamwork, accountability, and the collaborative effort required to deliver successful projects. His steady approach and commitment to doing the job right make him a valued part of the field team. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and his dogs.

Estimator

Robert Tice

As Estimator at Kelly General Contracting, Robert plays a key role in building the financial foundation for each project from start to finish. With a background in global manufacturing project management and construction, he brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to budgeting, coordination, and client service.

Robert manages client relations, outgoing quotes, and bid packages while coordinating closely with design and engineering teams to help ensure every project remains accurate, organized, and aligned with budget expectations. His ability to account for every detail supports the level of pricing accuracy, transparency, and service KGC is known for throughout Southwest Florida.

Meet Jackie Brown

Design Project Manager

With more than 20 years of experience, Jackie blends creativity, technical expertise, and a strong background in architecture and construction to transform client visions into reality.

Her diverse portfolio includes projects in higher education, athletic facilities, worship spaces, bars and restaurants, retail, hospitality and country clubs, healthcare, long-term living, and other specialized environments.

At KGC, Jackie bridges the gap between design and construction, ensuring selections, layouts, and finishes are not only functional but also elevate the overall project.

Her attention to detail and passion for design make her a key part of delivering the craftsmanship and client satisfaction that KGC is known for throughout Southwest Florida.
